HYVIA ANNOUNCES LEGAL RECOVERY PROCEDURE

• Pioneer in hydrogen mobility, HYVIA created in June 2021, announces that it has entered into legal recovery procedure, stated on December 10, 2024 by the Commercial Court of Versailles, France.
• The too slow evolution of hydrogen mobility ecosystems in Europe and the very significant development costs required for H2 innovation led to this decision.
• During the observation period of this procedure, possibilities of takeover or backing by new investors may be considered. 

For three years, HYVIA, one of the first companies to invest and innovate in hydrogen mobility, has developed an offer, in a market which unfortunately still remains absent, allowing it, however, to develop valuable expertise:

• Technological expertise: HYVIA has approved two versions of hydrogen vans, in April 2023 and June 2024, and initiated the development of a third-generation version presented this year at the IAA in Hanover and at the Paris Motor Show.
• Industrial expertise: In March of 2022, HYVIA inaugurated a fuel cell assembly and testing plant in Flins, France, and deployed a 1 MW electrolyzer.
• Commercial expertise: Since the start of 2023, HYVIA has initiated H2 mobility ecosystems with numerous partners and pilot customers, developed an H2 charging station and set up after-sales solutions.
• Human expertise: recognized as an Important Project of Common European Interest (IPCEI – Hy2Tech), HYVIA has deployed the agility and rigor required by innovation within all its businesses.
