Event organized by the Galician Hydrogen Association (AGH2), where the numerous benefits of the Energy Transition were discussed, extending beyond the NetZero 2050 goal. During the event, it was emphasized how this transformation not only contributes to environmental sustainability but also serves as a driving force for technological development, job creation, and economic growth.
The event highlighted green hydrogen as a new emerging sector that offers a unique opportunity for women to become involved from the very beginning. The importance of women’s participation across the entire production chain and all levels of responsibility was emphasized, promoting active involvement in decision-making.
Furthermore, the discussion underscored the need to showcase female role models and to promote mentoring, which are fundamental tools for strengthening women’s leadership in this emerging industry and ensuring an inclusive and equitable energy transition.
