Doosan Fuel Cell Lands Record SOFC Export Deal with Reverion for Europe

Doosan Fuel Cell just scored a big win by landing a supply contract with Germany’s climate-tech firm, Reverion GmbH. This deal, worth around 108.7 billion won, is Doosan's largest overseas order to date. They're set to make staged deliveries of mid-to-low-temperature solid oxide fuel cell stacks all the way through the second half of 2027. It's pretty exciting, as it shows Doosan is stepping up its game from just focusing on the domestic market to making waves globally.
Reverion plans to use these fuel cell stacks in their reversible SOFC/SOEC platforms, which will be utilized for generating power from biogas and producing hydrogen and methane across Germany and beyond. This not only highlights the advancement of fuel cell technology but also aligns with Europe’s strong push towards renewable energy solutions and distributed generation.
