Exide Industries Infuses Nearly INR 200 Crore Into Exide Energy Solutions For Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing

Exide Industries Limited has invested nearly ₹200 crore in its subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions Limited, to enhance lithium-ion battery production. This is part of a larger plan to invest up to ₹1,400 crore approved in January 2026. EESL has seen losses but aims to operate a significant manufacturing facility in Bengaluru.
