Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) just made a big, game-changing move in clean energy. They’re building a 10,000 tonnes per year green hydrogen facility at their Panipat refinery in Haryana — and when it’s up and running by December 2027, it’ll be the largest green hydrogen plant in India.
