Ultratech Cement To Acquire 26% Stake In Solaris Horizon For 65 MW Captive Solar Power

UltraTech Cement Limited plans to acquire a 26 percent equity stake in Solaris Horizon Energy Private Limited to boost renewable energy use and cut power costs at its facilities. The deal involves a 91 MWp solar power supply agreement and aims to enhance sustainability and compliance with Indian regulations, with an investment of Rs. 27.75 crore.
