BayWa r.e. and Rheinland Solar Commission 10 MWh BESS to Optimize 3 MWp Solar Plant in Mutterstadt, Germany
BayWa r.e. Solar Energy Systems GmbH, in partnership with SOCOMEC and Rheinland Solar GmbH, has launched a 10 MWh battery energy storage system in Mutterstadt, Germany. This project enhances solar energy utilization at a logistics facility, allowing for better energy flexibility by storing excess solar power for later use, thus improving self-consumption and reducing peak demand.
